Living Arrows – 7/53 (2018)

You are the bows from which you children as Living Arrows are sent forth” – Kahlil Gibran

The last couple of years I have done my own version of Project 52, this year I decided to join in with Living Arrows devised by Karen over at What the Redhead Said.

The Living Arrows project will comprise of me sharing a photo of displaying childhood from both Aoife and Cassius’ life each week!

You may have noticed I have changed it to out of 53 weeks, that is because there is an extra Monday this year and not because I don’t know how many weeks there are in a year!

The weeks are certainly flying by! Another week of getting used to life with two children. I can’t believe we are halfway through February already and on another note it is also my official due date this week! Instead I have had a wonderful 6 weeks with my beautiful baby boy!

Welcome to The Baby Boat Diaries edition of Living Arrows!

Aoife, 2.2 Years Old

This weeks photo also features Aoife’s Grandad (my dad) or “Gaga” as she calls him. Aoife has a bit of thing with shoes and has done for as long as I can remember. At the moment she likes to wear people’s shoes and tries to walk around in them!

Cassius, 5 Weeks & 4 Days

This little guy has had what seems like a massive growth spurt. He is now out of his tiny baby clothes and is fitting into his newborn/first size clothes although mainly in the length. Clothes are pretty baggy but it seems I have long skinny baby!

Thanks for stopping by!

See you next week.

  1. Aww they’re lovely pictures. Our son went through a phase of walking around in our shoes. They’re hilarious when they try the walking part. And it’s lovely that your little man is graduating to bigger clothes x
